    In a small saucepan, heat oil and butter over medi- um heat until butter is melted

    Add garlic

    Cook, stirring occasionally, 2 to 3 minutes

    Stir in shrimp

    Cook until heated through

    Season with salt and pepper

    Toss with hot pasta

    Sprinkle with chives

    Serves 4.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked, peeled, deveined
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
