    Peel mango and cut off pit

    Finely chop mango and place in a bowl

  • 3

    Finely chop the cranberries and add to the mango

  • 4

    Remove seeds from orange, if any, and finely chop, including the skin

  • 5

    Stir into mango mixture with the sugar

  • 6

    Let stand 1 hour before serving or relish keep in the refrigerator for 3 days.

  • 8 ounces fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 medium unpeeled orange
  • 1/2 cup sugar
