    Trim ends from green onions and finely chop to make 1/2cup

  • 2

    Remove leaves from parsley and finely chop to make 1/4 cup

  • 3

    Cut pickles into small dice to make 1/4 cup

  • 4

    Remove leaves from tarragon stems and finely mince

  • 5

    Place mayonnaise in a medium bowl and stir in all chopped ingredients as well as the lemon juice, paprika and hot sauce to taste

    Season to taste with salt and pepper

  • 7

    Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

ingredients

  • 3 green onions
  • 1/2 bunch Italian parsley
  • 2 small gherkin pickles
  • 4 sprigs fresh tarragon
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
