    Cut cabbage in half and remove the core

    Cut into thin fine shreds

    Peel carrot and cut into julienne strips

    In a large bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper

    Toss in the cabbage and carrot to coat well

  • 6

    Cover and refrigerate up to 6 hours.

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
