    Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

    Trim pork of all fat and silverskin

  • 3

    Transfer to a parchment paper-lined baking sheet

    Peel garlic and ginger and mince

  • 5

    Chop green onions

  • 6

    Remove cilantro leaves from stems and mince

  • 7

    Combine garlic, ginger, green onions and cilantro with the remaining ingredients and spread half the sauce over the pork tenderloins

    Roast the pork for 25 to 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 155 degrees. Spread pork with remaining sauce and let stand 8 minutes before slicing and serving.

  • 2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 to 2 pounds total)
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1-inch piece fresh ginger
  • 2 green onions
  • 4 sprigs fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange zest
  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/3 cup plum sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dry sherry
  • 2 teaspoons Asian chili sauce
