    Place fish in a shallow dish

    Whisk together orange zest, orange juice, olive oil and 2 teaspoons tarragon

    Pour over fish, turning to coat

    Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees

    In a small dish combine mustard, melted butter and honey

  • 7

    In another dish combine breadcrumbs, pecans, parsley and remaining 2 teaspoons tarragon

  • 8

    Remove salmon from marinade and arrange on a parchment lined baking sheet

  • 9

    Brush with mustard mixture and coat with crumb mixture, pressing crumbs gently to coat

    Bake for 12 to 16 minutes or until fish is cooked.

  • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons minced Italian parsley
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh tarragon
