Allow your oven to preheat to 350 F while you prepare your garlic cumin rub

Combine a mixture of garlic powder, cumin powder, salt and pepper and mix well together

This is really to taste

Work the rub into the steak, and place in the oven for 20 minutes

Remove from the oven and serve

You can also prepare this for delicious tacos, fajitas or burritos by slicing the steak against the grain into fajita size strips.
